Hailing all the way from Camden, NJ, Leese B is still applying a whole lot of pressure with her latest single, "Pressure."

For the past nine months, Leese has dropped over five videos including: "Whylin", "Stamina", "Hot Like", "Dougie E Fresh (Beatbox Freestyle)" and recently "Pressure." June 25th, she'll be dropping her newest single, "Feeling Like Kobe" off her upcoming album, "Party And Bullsh**", drops July 23rd.

10 Random Questions with Leese B

When your in your creative process, what do yo tackle first?

A lot of times I start with the hook. If I can hear the hook in the first few seconds of listening to the beat I go with the vibes and start writing.

What would you be doing right now if it wasn't for music?

I probably would be a videographer full time. I love shooting and editing my videos so I can see me doing that full time if I didn't have music.

What is the best advice you've given?

Best advice I will have to be say, stay consistent and true to your vision.

You have your very own unique sound that we love at NJ Addictz. What inspired you to make "Pressure"?

I feel like the last year I've been going crazy dropping singles and visuals. I've never done that before and that's how I knew I was serious this time around about my career and music because I was applying pressure. So that's what inspired the name and concept.

We see in mostly every pic you've taken, your dog is there also flicking it up with you. What is the story behind that?

So about my doggy, right before the pandemic I was bored and needed a companion to keep me company. Mind you I have never owned a dog of my own. So I took a chance and bought him and he is literally my best friend. It amazes me how human like he is. His name is Chance the Man. I love him so much I went back and bough his brother a year later. Chance the Man and Chase the Dream! They are two litters apart.

What's the most trouble you gotten into?

I use to always get in trouble with the law for little joints (laughs) petty sh**. Nothing major tho, I'm an Angel.

Your new project, "Feeling like Kobe." What is it inference to?

In the song I said, "I'm feeling like Kobe in 05 and 06." When it was his season, his time! And I feel like it's my season and my time for greatness!! That's the second single off my album, "Party and Bullsh**." That album will drop on July 23rd.

What artist do you gravitate to more? Mainstream or underground.

I'm digging the female scene now! It's so amazing how we are OUT HERE!! Feeling like the 90's when there were several female MC's on the scene. As far as artist, I love Miss Elliot! I always channel her.

What's one of your favorite songs to perform? And why?

I loveeeee performing "Conquer" because it's a timeless song that interacts with the crowd. However, lately "Pressure" has been really fun to perform!

What can your fans or supporters expect next from you?

You can def expect another album or ep this year. I drop my album in July. More visuals and more shows. Trying to reach as many people as I can organically.
